Thailand has asserted to the UN and the world that it has always been the savior of Cambodians, but historical and political events have recorded evidence that Thailand has killed Cambodians and invaded Cambodian territory—facts that cannot be erased or altered.
Thailand has claimed to the world that the border dispute stems from Cambodia invading Thai territory for over 40 years. Conversely, Thailand has revealed clear evidence of its own invasion of Cambodia through the various acts it has committed against the country (destroying Cambodian citizens' homes, destroying temples on Cambodian soil, destroying infrastructure in Cambodian territory, and illegally occupying Cambodian land while refusing to withdraw)—all of which amount to crimes against humanity.
Thailand has claimed to the international community that Cambodia refuses bilateral negotiations. In reality, Thailand unilaterally abolished the bilateral mechanism on the overlapping maritime claims area at its own whim, single-handedly shattering international trust.
Thailand has undermined the ASEAN mechanism regarding the Five-Point Consensus on the Myanmar issue, showing complete disregard and disrespect for other ASEAN member states.
Thailand claimed to the international community that its military incursion into Cambodian territory in 2025 was to eradicate online scams in Cambodia. On the contrary, Thai territory itself is a nest for scams.
Thailand claimed to the international community that it is completely clean of illicit drugs, yet Indonesia has recently seized tons of drugs that deceptively used the Khmer language on their packaging.
The truth is that Thailand is deluding itself, assuming the rest of the world is still living in the 13th century, just like its own people.
I urge this nation to wake up from its 13th-century dream and step into the modern era.
