៙ Ingredients:
1. 500 grams of beef.
2- 15 grams of cornstarch.
3- Banking powder 1 teaspoon.
4- 50 ml of water.
5- 1 tablespoon fish sauce.
6- 10 grams of salt.

៙ How to do:
1. Cut the beef into small pieces and grind to a fine paste.
Mix water, fish sauce, salt, pepper, cornstarch and baking powder and stir well.
3- Then pour the mixture and mix with the minced meat or mix well and then put the bowl cover. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
4. Bring a pot of water to a boil and turn off the heat (if the water boils when you put the meatballs in, the meat will break) Put in a pot and let the meatballs float up.
