៙ Ingredients:
1-Reddy powder or Bicheng flour 1 teaspoon
2- 1 teaspoon sugar
3- 1/2 teaspoon salt
4- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
5-Garlic 1 tuber
6- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
7- 2 bites of pork (can be taken on this)
8- 3 bites of cabbage (can be taken on this)
9- 1 tablespoon snail oil water
10- 50 ml of cooking oil
11-2 garlic cloves
12- 1 bite of dried shrimp
13. Half a bite of black fungus
14. Half a teaspoon of black pepper
15. A piece of noodles
៙ How to do:
1- Wash vegetables, meat and put in a bowl.
2. Cut the pork into thin slices and cook the pork in a bowl.
3- Cook the cabbage in a star shape and place in a bowl.
4-Chop the garlic into rounds and place in a bowl.
5- Chew garlic and put it in a bowl.
6- Cut black mushrooms into small pieces.
7. Soak the noodles in water and cut them short.
៙ Mixing ingredients:
1- Take a large bowl and put the minced pork, garlic, radish powder, sugar, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce, water, snail oil, cooking oil, garlic, dried shrimp, black mushroom, black pepper, noodles. Stir to send everything.
2- Then take the sliced cabbage, take the mixed ingredients and put it in it. The rest is placed outside.
៙ How to cook:
1. Boil about 1 liter of water
2- Put the remaining meat in the boiled cabbage.
3- Then add the stuffed cabbage and simmer for 20 minutes.
4 - Finally, taste the taste as you like and put it in a bowl.
