៙ Ingredients:

1- Beef (brittle meat) 3 bites (thinly sliced)

2-Salad 1 bite

3-1 tomato (thinly sliced)

4- 1 onion (thinly sliced)

5- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

6- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

7- 1 teaspoon snail oil

8- A little salt

9- A little soup powder

10- 1 tablespoon of sugar

11- 4 cloves of garlic (chew until fine)

12. Half a teaspoon of ground pepper


៙ How to do:

1- Arrange the salad in a bowl, arrange the tomatoes on top of the salad and then arrange the onions on top of another layer (if you do not like raw onions can be fried Return the fat first).

2- Boil hot oil, add fried garlic to change the color and put the meat in the frying pan a few times.

3- Then add sugar, snail oil, salt, flour, soup, fry the meat, add pepper and put the meat on top of the vegetables.


Note: Eat with salt, pepper, lemon, more delicious.
