អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជាបានអះអាងថា នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១២:១៥នាទីព្រឹក បន្ទាប់ពីបានជូនដំណឹងដល់ភាគីថៃ និងមានការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT)  ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងប្រមូលព័ត៌មានអំពីស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមបង្គោលព្រំដែនលេខ52 ដល់លេខ59 ស្ថិតនៅស្រុកកំរៀង ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានបានចុះពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការសាងសង់របងព្រំដែនដោយឯកតោភាគីពីសំណាក់យោធាថៃដែលស្ថិតនៅកៀកបង្គោលព្រំដែន 52-54 និងបានពិនិត្យឃើញជាក់ស្ដែងនូវការបែកបាក់បង្គោលបណ្ដោះអាសន្នដែលបង្កឡើងដោយសកម្មភាពឯកតោភាគីនេះ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានទទួលព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកទេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការងារវាស់វែងរួម និងការបោះបង្គោលបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ដែលបានអនុវត្តដោយក្រុមវាស់វែងចម្រុះនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជាក៏បានចុះទៅពិនិត្យទីតាំងដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋថៃបានធ្វើស្រែចំការហួសចូលក្នុងដីកម្ពុជានៅចន្លោះបង្គោលព្រំដែន52-59។ 

សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានតវ៉ាតាមរយៈកំណត់ទូតទៅភាគីថៃ ដោយសារការងារនេះប៉ះពាល់ទៅដល់នីតិវិធីទ្វេភាគីដែលមានស្រាប់ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក JBC ភាគីទាំងពីរ។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានជំរុញការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក JBC ឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុតដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានេះ។ 

 

ការចុះសង្កេតការណ៍នេះមានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ជូនអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាននូវការយល់ដឹងទូលំទូលាយ និងផ្អែកលើការសង្កេតផ្ទាល់ អំពីស្ថានភាពនៅតំបន់ព្រំដែន ព្រមទាំងបង្ហាញពីគោលជំហររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលតែងតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនដោយសន្តិវិធី តាមរយៈការពិភាក្សា និងយន្តការទ្វេភាគី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទ្វេភាគីដែលមានជាធរមាន និងអាណត្តិរបស់គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក (JBC)។ASEAN observers in Cambodia inspect the location where Thai people have been farming in Cambodia between border posts 52-59

A spokesperson for the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense stated that on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 12:15 a.m., after informing the Thai side and with the participation of relevant local authorities, the Coordination Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia coordinated with the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) led by the Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (HOM AOT) of the Philippines to observe, verify, and collect information on the actual situation at border posts 52 to 59 in Kamrieng district, Battambang province.

On that occasion, the ASEAN observers inspected the actual situation related to the unilateral construction of a border fence by the Thai military near border posts 52-54 and observed the destruction of the temporary posts caused by this unilateral action. After receiving technical information on the joint survey and temporary demarcation work carried out by the joint survey teams of the two countries, the ASEAN observers in Cambodia also visited the location where Thai people had encroached on Cambodian territory between border posts 52-59.

It is noteworthy that the Cambodian side protested through diplomatic channels to the Thai side because this work affected existing bilateral procedures under the jurisdiction of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) of the two sides. In this regard, the Cambodian side urged the organization of a meeting of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

The observation mission aims to provide ASEAN observers with a comprehensive and first-hand understanding of the situation in the border area and to demonstrate the position of the Royal Government of Cambodia, which always adheres to the peaceful resolution of border issues through dialogue and bilateral mechanisms in accordance with international law, existing bilateral agreements and the mandate of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC).
