៙ Ingredients:
1-5 chicken breast bones
2- Prevent dry bite 1/2
3- 10 dried mushrooms (soak in water to wash clean)
4- Pork 1 1/2 bites (chew to powder)
5 - 1 carrot (cut into thin slices)
6- 2 bites of cauliflower (cut into pieces)
7- Half a bite of locust bean
8- 1 bite of corn kernel
9- 10 oranges (boiled, peeled clean)
10- 1 bite of cotton mushroom
11- 2 tablespoons soup powder
៙ How to do:
1. Boil water, add a little salt, add chicken bones and simmer for 30 minutes (frequently remove the bubbles, do not cover the pot).
2- Remove the chicken bones, put them in a pan to prevent them from drying out, dried mushrooms and pork (lentils in small pieces), steam until cooked.
3- Add carrots and cauliflower to soften a little, add beans and corn to soften a little, add egg and mushrooms and add flavor. With soup powder, taste as you like.
