Boiled pork tail soup is a soup for energy and many benefits for those who sleep with their teeth together, this soup can not help Let this problem happen again. Here is how to make pork tail soup:
៙ Ingredients:
1- 5 bites of pig tail (cut into pieces)
2- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
3- Half a spoon of sugar
4- A little salt
5- 1 teaspoon soup powder
6- 70 ml of water
7- 1 small carrot (clean heart, cut into pieces)
8- 1 small potato (clean heart, cut into pieces)
9- 1 small beetroot (clean heart, cut into pieces)
10- 4 cloves of garlic (to break)
11- 1 piece of red onion (to break)
12- 1 small piece of rumdeng
13-Lemongrass root (cut short to break)
14- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
15- Garlic leaves
៙ How to do:
Heat oil in a frying pan, add lemon zest, red onion and garlic to taste.
Bring water to a boil, add salt, sugar, fish sauce, flour, soup and spices, bring to a boil, add meat and vegetables and simmer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Drain the water, add water during boiling, and regularly remove the bubbles.
When eating, put a plate of garlic leaves on top.
