៙ Ingredients:
1- 5 bites of pork ribs (cut into pieces and boil for about 2 minutes)
2- 1 kg of rice (small enough)
3- 1 teaspoon pepper
4- 1 teaspoon sugar
5- 1 teaspoon of salt
6- 1 tablespoon soup powder
7- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic leaves
8- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
9- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
៙ How to do:
1. Boil the pot, add oil and garlic to fry until red, then put the meat into the frying pan to taste, add salt, sugar and flour. Fry the soup for about 5 minutes.
2- Add chicken soup or hot water to the broth for about 20 minutes, then add the rice to the broth for another 10 minutes, taste as you like and sprinkle with garlic leaves and Pepper on top is ready.
