4- A carrot, a tuber (Rinse with clean water, peel and slice into thin slices, take to the hot water to boil a little
5 - A salad (wash it with clean water, remove it and put it under the chicken bowl with kale).
6- Parsley (Wash with clean water, cut only the stem and fry with cinnamon, almonds, garlic and leaves - leave it to mix with meat Chicken)
7-Soy sauce
8- Snail oil
9- Sesame oil
10-Bi Cheng
11- Sugar (can be added a little)
៙ How to do:
1. Take a stalk of kale, mix it with fried onions and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan, add hot oil, add garlic, parsley, cinnamon, almonds, roast to taste, add soy sauce, snail oil, sesame oil Add sugar and a little water, taste as you like, leave it to boil a little, turn off the heat and pour the sauce into a large bowl large enough to take the chicken. Stir in the sauce, add the cabbage, carrots, parsley and mix well, then set aside.
3. Place the salad bowl on top of the plate, then take the plate with the cabbage and chicken ingredients and pour it over the plate. Prepared salad, this dish is cold, we can prepare and put it in the refrigerator to cool a bit to eat. Yes or no, that's it.
