៙ Spices:

- Red onion, garlic, onion, orange leaf, red pepper, turmeric, almonds, pepper

- 1 kg of beef

៙ How to do:

1. Roast the onion, red onion until fragrant, then add the roasted garlic to taste and remove.

5. Cut carrots and potatoes into pieces.

6. Stir in the brown sugar in a pot until red, then add the fish sauce and stir well, then add the beef and stir until the water is dry. Add vegetables, add boiling water and simmer until the meat is tender.

7. Taste more and less as you like. If you want to make it more delicious, add lemon zest to the water and simmer with the meat.

8. If eaten with bread, please boil it thickly. If eaten with noodles, add water to dilute and reduce the ingredients as you like.

9. When putting on a plate, let the garlic and orange leaves laugh as much as possible.
