៙ Ingredients:

1- Beef 0.5 Kg (meat with fiber, beef or beef belly is even more delicious). Cut into moderately small pieces.

2-Vegetables: 2 large carrots, cut into long pieces, Chirna Neang Vong and onion, finely chopped, lemon, roasted garlic.

3- Rumdeng 50g hit the powder

4- Poi 5 flowers, take to roast to make it sweet and then hit hard

5- 150g roasted peppers, soak in boiling water until fine and fry with red fat

6- Earthenware pot or 0.5 pack (called Sate)

7- 2 tablespoons palm sugar

8- 3 tablespoons condensed milk

9- 3 tablespoons fish sauce

10- 0.5 teaspoons of salt

11-3 tablespoons tomato juice

12- 2 tablespoons fat

៙ How to do:

1- Put the fat in a hot pan, stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomato juice and stir thoroughly.

Stir in the minced meat, hot peppers, earthenware, palm sugar, fish sauce and salt for 1 minute, then add enough water to simmer the meat for 1 hour. 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the type of meat.

3- When steaming, use moderate heat. When the meat is almost tender, add the carrots and condensed milk. When you put it on a plate, sprinkle some chirna on top and add lemon juice and roasted garlic or add other vegetables as you like. You can eat beef with bread, noodles or noodles.
