៙ How to prepare ingredients:
1. Cut off the toenails and wash them with clean water, then smear them with water.

6- Pepper hits the powder
7-Carrots, washed in water, clean and stylish.
8. Soak black mushrooms in water and cut in half if too large.
9- Peppers and parsley, wash thoroughly.
10- Mix baking powder with water, but do not be too liquid
11- Garlic to chew, not too fine
៙ How to do:
1. First, take the dirty duck legs and fry them in oil until they are dry enough and then seal them with water to expand the skin. Then it is used to make paklou, first boil water with 1 liter of water.
2- Next, put the duck legs soaked in water and add 1 teaspoon of bean curd, 2 teaspoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of soup powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of snail oil 2 tablespoons steamed for 2 hours.
3- After breaking, the duck legs must be removed and fried again, first the pan must be heated.
4- And put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the heat and put 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in the frying pan to raise the legs.
5 - Then put the duck legs in a little and then add carrots, black mushrooms, bean curd, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon soup, pepper, snail oil, 1 tablespoon and water. Half a teaspoon of soy sauce.
6-Finally, add half a spoonful of soup to simmer for about 1 minute to dry enough water, then add the fried flour mixed with water. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Then heat the pot and pour the duck legs into the pot, add the parsley and pepper.
