៙ Ingredients:
1-1 kg of chicken legs
2- Half black bite
3- 1 bite of ginger root
4- 1 bite of minced garlic
5- Sweet peppers, 5 fruits
6-Chan flower or Poch 10 flowers
7- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
8- 5 tablespoons snail oil water
9- Half a cup of wine
10-1 bottle of cooking oil
៙ How to do:
1- Dip chicken legs in half a cup of wine for an hour and boil until the skin is soft, then extract and beautify the water. Dry.
2- Boil the frying oil in a hot pan and fry the chicken legs so that the skin is reddish, then remove and leave to cool. When frying, be sure to cover the lid so that the oil does not explode and burn your hands or face. It is a good idea to use a clear glass lid to easily see the chicken legs inside.
3- In a new pot, add palm sugar, stir until it turns red, then add the minced garlic and ginger root, stir to taste, then add 1 teaspoon of wine, add water and snail oil. Seang Khmao, Phka Chan (or Poch Kak), add more, stir thoroughly.
4. Stir-fry the chicken legs and add water to soften the chicken shoes. Preferences needed.
5. When eating hot, sprinkle sweet peppers and garlic leaves. If cold, stir in a steamed bowl with sweet peppers and The garlic leaves will taste more delicious.
