៙ Ingredients:

1-1 kg of chicken legs

2- Half black bite

3- 1 bite of ginger root

4- 1 bite of minced garlic

5- Sweet peppers, 5 fruits

6-Chan flower or Poch 10 flowers

7- 2 tablespoons palm sugar

8- 5 tablespoons snail juice

9- Half a cup of wine

10- 1 bottle of frying oil

៙ How to do:

1. Dilute chicken legs with half a cup of wine, leave for an hour and boil until the skin is soft, then extract the beauty water to dry.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken legs until they turn red, then remove and leave to cool. When frying, cover the lid so that the oil does not explode and burn your hands or face. It is a good idea to use a glass jar that is as clear as glass to easily see the chicken legs inside.
