How to Fry pork with broccoli and Mushroom Khmer Cooking

Welcome Khmer Housewife This is a Khmer fanatic in this Website, I want to show you a delicious Khmer dishes! Get away from foreign cuisine and know how to combine ingredients, how to mix things and how to do it. 

៙ Ingredients:

1-Reddy powder or bean curd powder 1 teaspoon

2- 1 teaspoon sugar

3- 1/2 teaspoon salt or less

4- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

5-Garlic 1 tuber

6- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

7- 0.3 kg of fresh pork (can be taken on this)

8- 1 tablespoon snail oil

9- 5 ml of cooking oil

10- 1 teaspoon ground pepper

11-5 fresh garlic plants

12- 2 potatoes

13. Any cauliflower

14- 0.2 kg of black mushrooms

៙ How to do:

1. Wash the pork and put it in a bowl.

2. Wash the cauliflower and boil it in a little water.

3. Wash the potatoes, chop them into rounds and boil them in a little water.

4- Chew garlic and put it in a bowl.

5. Soak black mushrooms in water and clean the soil and put in a bowl.

6. Slice fresh peppers into small pieces and place in a bowl.

7. Cut fresh garlic into small pieces and put in a bowl.

៙ How to cook:

8- Then start cooking

9- Heat the pan and add the frying oil.

10- Put chopped garlic into the frying pan to make it sweet

11. Then add the pork (stir back and forth)

12. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, radish powder, sugar, snail oil and stir.

13- Add black mushrooms

14 Add cauliflower and potatoes

15 Add chopped peppers

16 Add ground pepper

17 Finally, add the garlic (just put it back and turn it over from the eggplant and put it on the plate)


- This dish we can eat at lunch and dinner.
