៙ Ingredients:
300 grams of shrimp, remove the head and shell

៙ How to do:
1. First, put the pan on the fire, then pour in the frying oil, leave it hot, add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
2. Put the red onion in the frying pan, add the tomatoes and fry for about 2-3 minutes, put the shrimp in the frying pan for a while (put Add a little water) and then add the carrots and peppers and leave it for another 3 minutes.
3. Then put the cabbage in the frying pan a little, then add the fish sauce, sugar, salt, bean curd, pepper and eggs to the vegetables. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
