៙ Ingredients:
1- 4 to 5 chicken breasts without bones and skin
2-Garlic, cooked or finely chopped into 4 pieces or cloves
3- 4 tablespoons palm sugar
4- 1 tablespoon olive oil
5- Some other ingredients to enhance the taste of meat
៙ How to cook:
1. Heat the pan on the stove, then add the oil.
2. Put the minced garlic into the pan and leave it until it rises.
3. Reduce the heat a bit and add the sugar as well as add some ingredients to help add flavor as appropriate.
4. Put the chicken in the pan and mix it well with the garlic and sugar and other ingredients.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Leave it to thaw for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the meat to cook well.
7. Put the meat on a plate to design or eat is ready.
Add: You can add sesame seeds to add beauty and flavor.
