៙ Ingredients:
1- 2 duck eggs
2- 1 tablespoon butter
3- 2 thin slices of pate
4- 1 bite of fresh mushrooms
5- Cheese
6-Pepper and sausage
៙ How to do:
1-Slice meat pate, sausage, fresh mushrooms and cheese into 2 thin slices.
2. Beat the duck eggs and break them together.
3 - Sprinkle a little pepper
4- Bring the pan to a boil, add the butter and stir to dissolve.
5. Pour in the duck eggs and spread evenly over the pan.
6- Leave it almost cooked and add pate, mushrooms and sausage.
7- Sprinkle cheese on top
8. Let it boil and pack it together.
9- Put on a plate and eat hot.
