៙ Ingredients:

1-Reddy powder or bean curd powder 1 teaspoon

2- 1 teaspoon sugar

3- 1 teaspoon of salt

4- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

5-Garlic 1 tuber

6- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

7- Khmer beef for brittle meat for frying 0.3 kg (can be used on this)

8- 3 bites of low carbs (can be taken on this)

9- 1 tablespoon snail oil water

10- 1 bite (can take on this)

11. 50 ml of cooking oil

12- 3 fresh peppers

13- Pepper

14-2 tomatoes

15- 2 garlic cloves

៙ How to do:

1. Wash vegetables, meat and put in a bowl.

2. Cut the beef into thin slices and place in a bowl.

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices and place in a bowl.

4- Cut the garlic into rounds and place in a bowl.

5- Chew garlic and put it in a bowl.

How to fry:

1. Heat the pan and add the oil.

2- Add chopped garlic to the frying pan and add the beef (do not overcook the beef)

3- Add fish sauce, soy sauce, flour, sugar, snail oil and stir thoroughly.

4- Put the eggs in and stir thoroughly.

5 - Finally, put the vegetables in low (just put and turn a few times and lift the plate)

6- Prepare the cooked tomatoes, punch, remove from the pan, put on top and sprinkle with garlic and peppers.
