៙ Ingredients:
1-Reddy powder or bean curd powder 1 teaspoon
2- 1 teaspoon sugar
3- 1/2 teaspoon salt or less
4- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
5-Garlic 1 tuber
6- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
7- Fresh rice crab 0.3 kg (can be taken on this)
8- 1 tablespoon snail oil
9- 50 ml of cooking oil (half a bite)
10-5 fresh peppers (to your liking)
11- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
12-5 fresh garlic plants
៙ How to do:
1. Wash the field crab with a brush, clean it, tear it and put it in a bowl.
2- Chew garlic and put it in a bowl
3- Cut fresh peppers into small pieces and put in a bowl.
4- Cut fresh garlic into small pieces and put in a bowl.
How to fry:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil.
2- Put chopped garlic into the frying pan to make it sweet
3- Then put the crab in (stir back and forth)
4- Add fish sauce, soy sauce, flour, sugar, snail oil and stir thoroughly.
