ពីក្រោយវាំងននមនុស្សធម៌របស់សៀម គឺជាវាលពិឃាតលើប្រជាជនខ្មែរយ៉ាងឃោឃៅបំផុត ដែលជាការឈឺចាប់របស់ជនរងគ្រោះដែលនៅរស់ពីការដឹកយកទៅចាក់ចោលលើភ្នំដងរែក នឹងបាញ់ប្រដេញពីក្រោយអោយដើរកាត់ចំការមីន។ 

 សោកនាដកម្មភ្នំខ្មោច រឺវាលពិឃាតទី២ ដែលសៀមបានធ្វើការសំលា.ប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរភៀសសឹករាប់មុឺននាក់ ដ៏ព្រៃផ្សៃបំផុត ។ 

បន្ទាប់ពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមដួលរលំទៅ ប្រជាជនខ្មែររាប់ម៉ឺននាក់បានភៀសខ្លួនទៅជាយដែនប្រទេសថៃ ដោយសង្ឃឹមថា នឹងទទួលបានជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ។ ប៉ុន្តែផ្ទុយទៅវិញ អំឡុងខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ អាជ្ញាធរថៃបានបង្ខំឲ្យជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរទាំងអស់ត្រឡប់ទៅចូលក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាវិញ ដោយអាជ្ញាធរថៃបានដឹកមកទម្លាក់ចោលនៅតំបន់គ្រោះថ្នាក់តាមជួរភ្នំដងរែក។ សោកនាដកម្មភ្នំខ្មោចបានក្លាយជាសុបិន្តដ៏អាក្រក់ សម្រាប់ជនភៀសខ្លួនខ្មែរទាំងអស់ ដែលនៅរស់រានមានជីវិត ក៏ព្រោះតែវាបានរំលឹកពីសេចក្ដីឈឺចាប់នៃដំណើរស្វែងរកសិទ្ធិរស់រានសារជាថ្មី។

Siam has no right to demand gratitude from Cambodia, only Cambodia can demand a responsible for the crimes committed by Siam against millions of Cambodian people.

Behind Siam’s humanitarian curtain is the most brutal killing field of the Khmer people, the pain of the surviving victims being transported to be dumped on the Dangrek Mountain and shot from behind to walk through minefields. 

The tragedy of Phnum Khaeng or the second killing field where Siam massacred thousands of Cambodian refugees in the most barbaric way. 

After the fall of the Khmer Rouge regime, tens of thousands of Cambodians fled to the Thai border, hoping to receive international humanitarian aid. But instead, in June 1979, the Thai authorities forced all Cambodian refugees back into Cambodia, and the Thai authorities transported and dumped them in a dangerous area along the Dangrek Mountain range.  The tragedy of Phnom Khaing has become a nightmare for all Cambodian refugees who are still alive because it reminds them of the pain of their search for their right to live again. 

This painful story should be shown on slides in public places so that Cambodians and the whole country know how bad the Siamese are.
