ថ្ងៃនេះ សារព័ត៌មានបារាំង Libération បានចុះផ្សាយបទសម្ភាសន៍របស់ខ្ញុំជាមួយលោក Arnaud Vaulerin ដែលក្នុងនោះ យើងបានពិភាក្សាអំពីវិបត្តិមនុស្សធម៌ និងការបន្តកាន់កាប់ដោយកម្លាំងយោធានៅតំបន់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ បន្ទាប់ពីជម្លោះក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាចំនួន ២០,០០០ នាក់ នៅតែបន្តរស់នៅក្នុងស្ថានភាពភៀសសឹក ដោយសារការប៉ុនប៉ងរបស់ថៃក្នុងការកាត់យកទឹកដីកម្ពុជា។ នៅក្នុងបទសម្ភាសន៍នេះ ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវជំហរដ៏យូរអង្វែងរបស់កម្ពុជាថា បញ្ហាព្រំដែនគួរត្រូវបានដោះស្រាយតាមរយៈ គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក (JBC) និងយន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់ផ្សេងទៀត។ កម្ពុជានៅតែត្រៀមខ្លួនជានិច្ចក្នុងការចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាតាមរយៈយន្តការទាំងនេះ ហើយសង្ឃឹមថា ថៃនឹងធ្វើដូចគ្នា ដើម្បីអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់អាចវិលត្រឡប់ទៅលំនៅឋានរបស់ពួកគេវិញ និងរួមចំណែកស្តារឡើងវិញនូវសន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពយូរអង្វែង។

Today, #Libération published my interview with Arnaud Vaulerin, where we
discussed the humanitarian crisis and ongoing military occupation of Cambodia's border region with Thailand, following the 2025 conflicts.
20,000 Cambodian civilians remain displaced due to Thailand's attempts at annexing Cambodian territory. In the interview, I reiterated Cambodia's longstanding position that border issues should be resolved through the Joint Boundary and other established mechanisms. Cambodia remains ready to engage through these mechanisms and hopes Thailand will do the same, allowing affected communities to return home and helping to restore
lasting peace and stability.
