នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិបានអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាជាតិ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំបើកចំហកម្រិតខ្ពស់របស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។
ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា នៅក្នុងយុគសម័យដែលពិភពលោកកំពុងកើនឡើងនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈម ជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងភាពតានតឹងភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ ការគោរពបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធី ត្រូវតែបន្តដើរតួជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំនៃសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់អន្តរជាតិ។
អំឡុងពេលថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថា ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តឥតងាករេរបស់កម្ពុជា ចំពោះធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងបានថ្លែងថា ដោយដកស្រង់ចេញពីបទពិសោធន៍ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រផ្ទាល់របស់កម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តមបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ជម្លោះត្រូវតែដោះស្រាយដាច់ខាតតាមរយៈការសន្ទនា ការទូត និងការគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។
មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅរបស់កម្ពុជា ចំពោះសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ដែលបានគាំទ្រឱ្យមានឈប់បាញ់ និងការដោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធីនៃជម្លោះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។
On the afternoon of 26 May 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, delivered a National Statement at the High-Level Open Debate of the United Nations Security Council.
His Excellency Deputy Prime emphasized that in an era marked by rising global turbulence, armed conflicts, and geopolitical tensions, territorial integrity, and the peaceful settlement of disputes must remain the bedrock of the international order.
During the Statement, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Cambodia’s unwavering commitment to the UN Charter and drawing from its own historical experience, he highlighted that disputes must be resolved exclusively through dialogue, diplomacy, and adherence to international law.
Before concluding, he expressed Cambodia’s sincere appreciation to the international community for supporting the ceasefire and the peaceful settlement of the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict.
