៙ Ingredients:
1- Dried shrimp
2- 2 or 3 duck eggs
3- 200 grams of rice
4- Red onion, 2 or 3 cloves
5- Garlic, parsley
6- 300 grams of pork
7-Kapi 1 tablespoon
8- 1 tablespoon fat
9- 1 teaspoon sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
11. Half a teaspoon of bean curd
12- 1 tablespoon of snail oil
13. Mangoes are fibrous
14-Pepper
៙ How to do:
1. Wash the rice thoroughly and put it in a saucepan.
2-Dried shrimp, deep fried.
3- Fry the duck eggs and cut into strips.
4-Red onion, thinly sliced, washed pork, thinly sliced or lumped as desired.
5- Chew the garlic, put it in a hot pan, add the oil and the garlic, fry it until it tastes good, add the capsicum, add a little more water, then pour Stir-fry the rice with the capsicum and set aside.
6- Pour the fat into the hot pan, add the garlic, pepper and parsley and fry for a while, add the pork and sugar. White soy sauce and bean curd, snail oil, taste as you like.
7. Cook the food and arrange the dishes as in the picture.
