៙ Ingredients:

- 500 grams of minced pork

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Salt at the end of a teaspoon

Half a spoon of soy sauce or your favorite fish sauce

Half a teaspoon of chicken soup powder

- Half a teaspoon of pepper

Half a teaspoon of baking powder

1 and a half tablespoons noodles

- 80 ml cold water (ice)

៙ How to do:

1. First, mix the ingredients of noodles, pepper, sugar, yeast, salt, chicken soup powder and fish sauce with cold water. Stir it all together.

2. Put the pork in a blender, pour in the water mixed with the ingredients and turn on the blender.

3. Remove the lid and refrigerate for about an hour.

4. Then put it in the blender again when it is ready and put it in the cupboard. Freeze for another 45 minutes.

5. After refrigerating for the second time to dry it, you can now roll it into balls. Then put it in boiling water, but boil it a little, and when it floats, it can be boiled. Extracted.
