៙ Ingredients:
1-Reddy powder or Bicheng powder 1 teaspoon
2- 1 teaspoon sugar
3- 1/2 teaspoon salt or less
4- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
5-Garlic 1 tuber
6- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
7- 0.3 kg of fresh pork (can be taken on this)
8- 1 tablespoon snail oil
9- 50 ml of cooking oil
10- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
11-5 fresh garlic plants
12-4 tomatoes
13- 10 grams of dried shrimp
៙ How to do:
First, prepare the equipment:
1. Wash the pork and chew it until it is fine and put it in a bowl.
2-Wash the tomatoes, peel the head, remove the seeds.
3- Chew garlic and put it in a bowl.
4- Soak dried shrimp in water
5. Slice fresh garlic into small pieces and place in a bowl.
6- Take a bowl, pour in the minced pork, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, flour, sugar, snail oil, pepper, dried shrimp and stir well.
7. Then take it and stuff it into the diced tomatoes.
- Then start cooking:
1. Heat the pan and add the oil.
2-Put the tomatoes stuffed with pork and fry until cooked (turn the pork side first).
This dish can be eaten with rice for lunch and dinner.
