For sweet fish sauce ingredients:

1-1 cup fish sauce

2- 1 cup vinegar

3- Sugar 2

4-cup

5- 2 cups water 2

6- Salt at the end of a teaspoon

7- 5 tablespoons cooked garlic

8-Chew peppers 2 tablespoons

9- A handful of thinly sliced ​​red onion

10- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

11- 6 spoons of water


៙ How to do:

1- Take half a kilo of fish and put it in a frying pan until the skin is crispy and then extract it on a plate.

2- Take 1 cup of vinegar, mix garlic, red onion and pepper and leave it aside.

3- Boil 2 cups of water, add sugar and fish sauce.

4- Take vinegar mixed with garlic, red onion and pepper and pour it into boiling water, stir to taste, add salt and pepper to taste.

5- Mix water with flour, stir thoroughly, then pour into a pot of sweet fish sauce, stir to boil, then pour over Fried fish.


If you want to be delicious, put Krasang pickle instead of vinegar.
