៙ Ingredients:
1- Rice, 1 bowl of chopsticks
2- 5-6 shrimp
3- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

7- 1 teaspoon of salt
8-Eggs (beaten together) 1 tablet
9- Half a spoon of fish sauce
10- 2 tablespoons raw milk
11- 1 and a half tablespoons of chili paste
12- Half a spoon of lemon juice
13. Bicheng or a little soup powder
៙ How to do:
1. Peel a shrimp, grate it and squeeze the juice. Rinse it in hot water and put it in a bowl.
2-Parsley and lemon leaves, wash thoroughly and cook finely.
3- Take out the Hawaiian peppers, peel them, wash them with clean water and slice them
4- Put the pan on the fire to heat the oil when the smoke and smoke and put the ingredients back and forth to taste and then put the plate.
5- Put the pan and frying oil again when hot, add rice and eggs and put the fried shrimp back and forth until the water is not drained. Put the plate is ready.
