៙ Ingredients:
1- 5 large Cucumber
2- 1 bite of minced pork
3- 1 Parsley, garlic, pepper, 1 tablespoon and a half
4- Half a carrot bite (thinly sliced)
5- Chinese mushroom or black mushroom (Shiitake) half bite
6- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
7- 3 bowls of water and chopsticks
៙ How to do:
1- Take all the hair and wash it thoroughly, leave it to dry and then cut it into three or four wheels (according to Big and small) Remove all the seeds.
2- Stuff the meat in the hair and fill it well.
3- Put a pot of water put Parsley, garlic, pepper, mash, boil the seam, put the hair into it, leave it to boil, then add the carrots, mushrooms and soy sauce Let it boil again.
When eating, you can put parsley leaves on top to make it more fragrant. You can put your favorite flavor ingredients.
