I couldn’t understand yesterday why a big newspaper like Wall Street Journal would insult Cambodia so recklessly, and lack so much ethics, but today I found why! Call me Dave Leduc the detective!
I should change my job from fighter to Journalist! The reason is Wall Street Journal and Thailand have been great friends for almost 60 years!
Why did Bangkok Post detete this partnership photo from their website?
If you look for this picture on the internet, you will not find it. It has been removed from their web. I found it because I did a deep search in the webarchives. It's from an article in 2019 titled "Bangkok Post partners with Wall Street Journal". Chairman of Bangkok Post: Suthikiati Chirathivat met in person with WSJ executive: Jonathan Wright in Bangkok for signing ceremony.
WSJ is very very good friends with Thailand. Now I understand why The Wall Street Journal called our beautiful country of Cambodia "Scambodia". There is a real institutional partnership between Bangkok Post and Wall Street Journal since almost 60 years.
Between 1976 to 2017, there was also "The Asian Wall Street Journal" printed in nine Asian cities: Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei, and Tokyo. And very interestingly Thailand was one of the largest markets
We should rename it the "Wall Street Thai Journal"
Have a good day everyone
