I watch a lot of videos on how to make paklou on Youtube, noting that in China they do not follow the Chinese way. Khmer do that. Therefore, I would like to emphasize that the following method is the first way before we learn how the original owner did.

៙ Ingredients:

1- 4 kg of pork (tongue, leaves, ears, stomach, stomach)

2- 3 cinnamon sticks (roast for about 3 minutes)

៙ How to do:

1. Wash the meat with salt, vinegar and a few drops of warm water to make it smooth.

2- Put water and sugar in a pot, turn on low heat and add chopped garlic to melt the sugar, add flowers and cinnamon And) into the sugar until red.

Add a little fish sauce and salt to the saucepan, add the meat and soup powder to the saucepan and let it boil. Boil water to decompose the meat and dry the water well).


៙ How to make fish:

Finely grind the peppers and garlic and put in a bowl, add lemon juice and sugar and cook for 10 minutes, then add fish sauce. Stir well.
